    10 minute WU, 20 minute hill "latter" (borrowing from swimming) and a 10 minute climb and a 5 minute cool down. Zone 1 & 2 for the entire ride. Yay aerobic training!

    SO.Bored! Did 10 x :30 sprints in the middle and then some good climbs at the end. Wore my HRM the entire time and tried my best to keep it aerobic :) Hurry up, spring!
