We used the Galloway method for the sake of my hip to get this run done today. Pretty pleased with how this run went. Still have some tightening around 2.5 miles but taking the short walk breaks helped keep it at a minimum. I'm just happy to be able to run a little after 3 weeks off.

I used the galloway method to run marathon number two....ran for 4 min, walked for 1, finished the race in 4 hrs and 17 min.
