    WNRs ran for Boston bombing victims tonight. My 4 miles were ran for Jessica Downes who suffered severe leg injuries. Nice run.

      This is incredible!!! I have a 400s workout today too. And I'm not feeling too good about it because I tried this last week and FAILED. I can't imagine doing 12. You kick @$$!
