That 545am early in the morning and with some top Kenyan long and middle athletes we join them with my 11 team mates,they are tougher than tough we had to follow one with car in front.Water was plenty as the car in every 5km had to stop as water point.Hope 9 of them will be half and full abroad and in Kenya.what remain to me is how they cross our 30km route with 1hr 39min,while we do it with 1hr 55min die motion.As for today will tries to run a long run twice a week."The greatest barrier to success is the fear of failure"Am posting this to you all to let you know that me and my team are in great need of running shoes,we are thirty athletes 22 men and 8 ladies."The most important thing in life is to learn how to give at LOVE and to let it come in"God Bless you all this weekend.
