Indoor for me would be treadmill run which for me is very hard to do. It is boring and for me hard to focus. Outdoor running is hills, gravel roads, being in nature and breathing fresh clean air. I love it and love to be able to run in wide open spaces. I live in Nebraska in a very rural (not highly populated) area. Mainly a farming community so am able to enjoy being outdoors a lot. No big cities, highways, traffic, noise, etc. I love being outside and with nature. I would love Kenya I think.

Indoor to me, DREADMILL(my last resort), indoor track, which i never do. Outdoors, track field, backroads, either paved or dirt, gravel, trail course(i prefer), or a paved running course.

I used to hate the treadmill, but I don't mind it if I have something decent to watch

If you trains indoor as Monica has said ,i believed not good for performance especially for elite runners due to weather and running outside have many challenges on the way.Not for getting many races will not be in treadmill it occur in natural roads, well done all!
