    first 5km was slower as 16min 10sec and as to rest for 3min, then last one 15min 01sec. wind, push as i we go ,but coming back it help us too, as i go tomorrow for hills workouts!

    Nice weather for long run, for me and my team , although paced low but felt great as i had more team mates to push it that way. Its there to hit the road !

    Speed job, my 10laps in 800m , then for the best 2 min 15sect, my poor time lap 2min 30sec ofcourse this was the first lap in all ten. Gidday everyone!

      So glad I cleaned up my diet ten years ago! When I was 22 I was so unhealthy I couldn't get out of bed one day. Now at age 39 I feel fantastic!
