great Around the Neighborhood 2.1 mi 00:38 18:04 pace

Good run. Well, walk/run. Still feel like I am starting over. Dealt with "lead legs" in the first 1/2 mile. Got better afterwards.

    good 2.11 mi 00:38 18:03 pace

Still too humid around here! Wanted to go further but thought I was going to faint. Still, felt pretty good.

  3. RUN
    good Treadmill 2.25 mi 00:38 17:03 pace

Pretty good overall. I think I need to repeat a couple of weeks of the C25K as I feel that I have lost my running "mojo". I ran about a 1/2 mile in the middle of my workout but after I t... read more

Oh how I wish every run had a great grove. Great job finishing your run even tho you lost your "mojo". It says a lot about you when you push on. Registering for a 5K will help you stay on track and motivated.
