Good run. Well, walk/run. Still feel like I am starting over. Dealt with "lead legs" in the first 1/2 mile. Got better afterwards.

Oh how I wish every run had a great grove. Great job finishing your run even tho you lost your "mojo". It says a lot about you when you push on. Registering for a 5K will help you stay on track and motivated.

I hate it when I have lead legs. Sorry your run didn't go the way you wanted it to. Good job getting out there and doing the best you could. It will get better. And like you said you went further than you have in a while.
