      awesome!!! How are you calculating speed... do you have a GPS!!?!?! Or a motorcade that follows you around? :-)

      I run on the treadmill so I can put in the speed. I wish I had a motorcade following me around, that would be motivating especially if I can pick the driver!!! Hmmmm who would that be???
