    Ran with an office mate today. His first run in a very long time. He did very well, took it easy and got in a nice 5.

    Ran home from work today. It was a nice smooth run. WIll be running to work in the morning. It is becoming a good way to get in a quick 10 miles.

    Another nice easy run today. I have dropped down to a 3mm drop running shoe. So just getting use to the sore calves.

      What shoes have you changed to? It was tough on my calves when I changed to kinvara's but didn't take long to adjust.

    Finished the Eco Trail de Paris 80K today. Wow it was super slick on the trails. I will give a report in a day or two. It was nice to finish at the Eiffel Tower. Way to tired and its midnight now!
