    Went up in weight on all machines and got my 40 on 3. I could only do 35 on the cruncher. You know you did a great core workout when your entire body feels it as much as your core.

    Cut short :( 3 mi

    my session was cut short by having to go pick up a car from the shop. Half my swim this morning and half my elliptical tonight. Hope my ride tomorrow is a full one.

    Back and shoulder both not wanting to do this today so I cut it in half. I am still WAY over for the week and the extra time in the Steam Sauna felt great!
