Hit the road for my longest ride yet. It felt good out there, and lots of people were out. Getting better at handling the shifting, and getting better power on uphills. Still working out a lot of technique issues, but riding is definitely a fun workout.
Tomorrow morning, I'm going to do a test run with some co-workers to see how my calf is doing.
Also, I've gotten my next races confirmed. On the 22nd of June, I'll be doing the David Bryner Memorial Marathon in Ames, Iowa. On the 23rd of June, I'm doing the Angela Ivory Memorial 12 hour race, also in Ames, Iowa. Yes, I know. I even agree. Possibly, I'm addicted to running.

Great ride Keith! Good luck on that run tomorrow. Hope it goes well!

Slow and steady wins the race - says the turtle to the hare. Watch your pace and take care!

Possibly? It wasn't a foregone conclusion? Great longer ride - good that you're finding it easier to be on the bike!
