      The cows at the end of the street were so loud I looked back several times to make sure they weren't behind me. I know it sounds crazy!

    Hill workout today. Ran slower to conserve energy for the hills. Gotta'm done and I only stopes once to let a car pass. Hopefully the last run in bad orthotics/shoes.
