good OWS Booth lake - coach helped w/ sighting 5280 yd 01:43 34:17 pace

Sighting practice, 2x's around lake. approximately 3ish miles, it's 1.79 shoreline distance around the lake.
Coach came out and helped me with sighting, kicking and breathing for the first lap, then I was on my own the second time around. He said I did good.
