alright Lakefront Hot and Long - 18.5 18.57 mi 02:10 06:58 pace

Felt fine considering the heat. 83 and sunny at the start, ended at 92. Could really feel it in the back half. The angry bird didn't attack me but he got someone else. Could this be the hardest long run of the training session? It might have been, although there will be a couple more, I'm sure.
