Won the race. Squeee...! Not sure how I feel about the splits, though. I do feel good about the time in the heat as well as the positive indicator of my fitness. And considering this is coming off a pretty sizable mileage week (67) for me. One day I'll be down in the 16:30s. One day. Just have to keep working on finishing speed and negative splitting.
