      I'm with Chanthana, definitely need pictures of your tasty yogurt post-race meal, might as well throw in pictures of your short shorts, too. Man, I hope I can get my easy miles down to 7:00/mi this year, nice little run there. :)

      That's hilarious. I passed a guy on a bike a couple of days ago, and he was swerving all over the side walk and a leisurely pace. I hate having bikes near that are meandering around when I'm workin' my ass off. ;)
