      Haha. Thanks, John. I probably walk around in more-like 3:00 shape. :-) Cherry Blossom 10 miler followed by the Toronto Marathon. How 'bout you?

    Had to forfeit. We didn't have enough skaters. Felt great and we beat them really good. Which made me happy b/c they were really cocky at the beginning of the game.
