    Broke the 10min/mile pace (barely!) on today's 5k...even got a little rain at the end to cool me down. Nice run to start the week.

    First run on the Old Settler's trails and I really liked it...much better than my neighborhood route.

    Much better than expected considering the 105 heat index when I started. Got some cloud cover halfway through which really helped.

    First run since my 8-miler on Sunday and felt pretty good. I really need to get better on my first mile. I'm having to push my last split pretty hard to stay under a 10-minute pace on my 3-milers.
