  3. RUN
    good 4 mi 00:38 09:24 pace

Was not the only fool running in the wind and snow at 5:45 this morning. Viva la Crazy Runners.

  6. RUN

Ice, snow, and wind. Winter has arrived in the ROC.

  7. RUN
    great 4.14 mi 00:39 09:26 pace

Great weather for an outdoor run. 12 Corners and Monroe Ave were completely devoid of cars. I think everyone has the day off.

  8. RUN
    great 2.32 mi 00:22 09:27 pace

Pre-dawn freezing rain run. Bring on the coffee.

  9. RUN
    great 4.3 mi 00:42 09:44 pace

Perfect weather morning for a chatty and much-needed run with my friend Anne. Running without yak trax in December is awesome.

  10. RUN
    great 3.1 mi 00:29 09:11 pace

Squeezed in a treadmill 5K at Midtown while the 5-year-old was at Yoga and Craft Camp. Watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory was good motivation to keep going.

  11. RUN
    great 3.7 mi 00:35 09:28 pace

Hard to get out of bed, but having to meet a friend was a great motivator. I wonder when the snow-free streak will end?

I'm wondering that too! My run today was cold but snow free.

It was funny. 30 minutes after I posted that, it started to snow. It all melted hours later though! Here in upstate NY, we have yet to get even 1 inch of snow yet this year. It's crazy.

4 miles with a friend in 50 degree weather by 6:30am is a great way to start the day.

  15. RUN
    good 3.41 mi 00:32 09:23 pace

Oh, 5:45am run. It's been awhile, and strangely, I missed you. Running with a friend definitely makes starting and ending a run in the dark tolerable.

  16. RUN
    great 3.41 mi 00:31 09:06 pace

The first run in a new pair of shoes is always fun.

  17. RUN
    great 4.38 mi 00:42 09:35 pace

Great run with a friend, although we missed our other regular running buddy. Now ready to tackle the insanity of the morning.
