  1. RUN
    good 4 miler 4 mi

Took a while to get into the groove, but once I was it was good. Windy and warm...I'm ready for fall.

  2. RUN
tired 5 miler to S. Grand and back 5.35 mi

Shittiest run I've had in a long time. Actually pushed Phil to run home fast and get the car to come get me...that's how bad it was! Walked a lot and ran really really slow.

  3. RUN
    good 10 mi 01:29 08:54 pace

    Felt really good!

  4. RUN
good 5 miler to S. Grand and back 5 mi 00:48 09:35 pace

Legs were tired. Picked up the pace on the second half. Overall good with a strong finish.

  5. RUN
good Interurban Trail 8 mi 01:17 09:37 pace

Ran the entire time and felt pretty good. Happy with the pace overall considering I ran in the middle of the afternoon and there wasn't as much shade as I was especting.

  6. RUN
alright 5 miler to S. Grand and back 5.35 mi 00:47 08:47 pace

First half felt great, got tired in the last 1-2 miles. Overall happy with the distance and time.

  7. RUN
good Sangamon to Dirksen 5.35 mi

Didn't want to run really, but glad I did. Went pretty well at a steady pace. Felt stronger on the second half.

  8. RUN
    good 15044 Columbine St. 4.07 mi 00:34 08:21 pace

A little stiff from the long run on Friday and sitting in the car all day yesterday. However, I'm happy with it for being a good first run in the thin Colorado air. Supposed to be 5, but oh well!

  9. RUN
    good 8 mi 01:14 09:15 pace

IDOT trail...beautiful night for a run. Longest I've run since the last marathon probably. Took it slow and steady for now and felt pretty good.

  10. RUN
    alright 5 mi 00:48 09:35 pace

Hot! Ran at Washington Park. Had to walk 1/4 mile on second loop, but finished strong.

  11. RUN
    good 5 mi 00:46 09:11 pace

Humid! Felt it, but felt good.

  12. RUN
    good 4.11 mi 00:37 08:59 pace

Lots of hills, but went well. Paced ourselves at about 9 min miles and stuck with it pretty well.

  13. RUN
    good 3.99 mi 00:34 08:35 pace

Felt good and strong. First day of marathon training. Here we go!

  14. RUN
    alright 00:31

Trying to dutch the bad mood. Not that successful. Did come up with a new route though.
