I discovered that yoga is a good workout this morning at Kosama. Even though I was not flexible(at all) I think it really helped me stretch out. I felt good on the run with Louie. Try out Yoga!!

    Yup! Bob and I are doing it together. It has forced me to work on becoming a stronger runner! I am soo soo weak!
