managed to drag myself from bed and actually do this. took the puppy for a walk, jogged about 3/4 of the block. had to wait for him to do his business, so definitely wasn't doing a 20 minute mile!

Looks to me like you ran for 15 minutes. Sounds like a run to me!

You were out it counts. My dog is not a good runner either (beagle) Live and learn. Warm clothes are a must, and a headband!
