    Started out with a warm-up on the rowing machine. Then did the circuit along with some abdominal crunches afterwards. Great way to start the day!

      Thanks Krystal. I wish there were more groups out our way. We have about six that run with us, but I'm the slowest of the bunch. Where does she live? My sister does some run/walking - maybe I could check with her and they could try to hook up.
