      Hey Ki! Girl the last time you felt a bit down you were also out west. Unless you are doing a race perhaps you should do some cross training when you travel...I see you are in Cali...maybe some hiking next time? Or rent a bike and do that instead? It's not unusual to get the running blah's every once in a while but maybe when you are away unless it's a race or you really feel like it then perhaps try switch it up! Hope to see you soon girl!

      Ummmm even if I was ever again to be enticed by the smell of pork my body would violently reject it. Why did you eat pork girl? LOL!!! Anyhoo I'm glad you feel better but please pork is not one of those things you can just have a taste of if you haven't eaten it in years. It will take you down! Believe it!

      where are you staying? i ran through a neighborhood near my hotel in metairie. but you can run in city park or audubon park.

      you can probably run along the river. i've never run down there, but you could definitely run on the streets along the outside of the quarter. i would run early morning before the people and humidity get started. are you going for essence?

    it's nice to have pacemakers because after my day of bad eating it was pretty difficult and much needed. the garmin wasn't really charged so this is my best guess.
