    how do you just lay in one place for an hour...no sleeping allowed. interesting, but not a repeat class.

    terrible - and i thought i did something on the hill training segment tues...harlem hills let me know who was boss. the entire run felt sluggish...not cool this early on in training...frustrating day.

    i was not expecting so much cardio so imagine my surprise after i had just completed a 3 mile hill workout.

    it was tough, but a good start at 3% incline.

    i was completely not prepared for this...it is an intense class and a very active class and the instructor talked the ENTIRE TIME. not what i wanted today, but a good class.
