    Shin splints so I took it easy. They wouldn't go away so I stopped. Then did 30 minutes of yoga.

      Thanks you guys :) I didn't really train very hard for this because I thought it would be easy compared to a half. It was easy by comparison but I still don't have any speed. I need to work on that :)

    I went slow because it was barefoot training. I'm glad I did because I had no pain but could feel it in my Achilles and calves again. Stretched long and hard. Feelin good :)

      Yes, Ky! I get that about the injured wolves. I have 'Man Down' on my run list and as I rounded one of the laps at the Rotary Sun. I laughed so hard thinking of them as 'men down'. I mean, it's not funny but.... Anyway, great work! I've got my 8m today.

      Cindy, I'm still recovering from bronchitis, so I am being a bit of a baby ;) I just don't want to make any mistakes this late in the game. I was feeling a little tired. So rather than quit altogether I stopped to catch my breath so I could continue. I know, it doesn't make any sense to me either, but it works :)
