Stupid runmeter. I just ran 2.25 miles not 1.10.
I will run another half marathon this year. When I run, it will be with 20 more pounds of muscle and 40 less pounds of fat. I will run it in under 2 hours.
Dailymile makes it easy to keep track of your workouts. Map your routes and share with a community of active people.

Tons of energy but snapped a tendon at last mile. I might be out of the race. :( Update: Turns out it either isn't a tendon I need or it didn't really snap. It's sore but not any mor... read more
Great except this damn hole from the ripped off blister.
Had to stop to tape over blister sore but after that, smooth sailing.
I was a little bit tipsy and might have ended up on some strangers' youtube channel :)
Hahahah! I think we should find it and post it for all to see! :-)

Barefoot running is harder on my calves but they are definitely getting stronger. Great run tonight even though my runkeeper app keeps messing up.
Stupid runkeeper locked up 4 seconds after it started and didn't log my first mile. Other than that this run went great. I wore my compression socks. They really do help.
I felt like crap the whole run. I felt the kind of sick that I normally feel when my blood sugar drops but I knew it wasn't that. At mile 3 I had to stop running and just walk the rest of the ... read more
I started out fast and then slowed down a bit. My first split was just over a 10 minute pace. I'm getting there :)
It started out good and then my feet started to hurt. Had to stop after 3.65 miles because I didn't want to injure myself.
It went well. I am still breaking in these new shoes so my legs got tired, but not too bad...
Used my new shoes and my legs got really tired really quick. I guess that's why we're supposed to break them in :)
I am still posting here, even though the maps are inaccurate. This was a great run. I have finally transitioned to full barefoot running. Ran this without stopping once to walk, in my vibrams. Yay ... read more
That's awesome. I should really pull mine out and run with them.

Thanks Rich. Yeah you really should run barefoot if you can manage it. My legs and feet feel so much stronger now. When I run barefoot, my quads and calfs feel so much better. Jen, yeah. I will be upping my distance by 1.15 miles 3 times a week now.

Pretty good. Ran these in my nike vomeros. They feel like I am wearing cement shoes...
It went good. I have a handle on my nutrition now so I am not tired when running but I still need to build up leg strength more. I tried to run these with my white vibrams but had to stop and switc... read more

I ran these miles in my vibrams and felt great. The only soreness I am feeling is on my left calf. Luckily I live with a massage therapist and it already feels a bit better this morning :)
No pain but took it easy because of how shitty my last run went. Felt good. New rocket fuel: Ben and Jerry's 'Americone Dream' (about half a scoop).
I jinxed myself! I forgot to wear my compression socks and my legs were on fire! Shin splints, knee pain and some weird muscle pull on the inside of my right thigh! WTF? Had to walk the last mile...
Never trust technology. :) Great job getting some miles in and glad to see you posting again. Been awhile since I have seen a post...

Yeah I had been using runkeeper but decided to try runmeter because it posts to dailymile automatically, and has a few other good features
