I was so close to completing this lifting cycle but I fell apart at the end. Boo! Since I've missed days last week, I just went ahead and lifted the same weights as last time without an increase.

Made the awful mistake of doing this after MetCon. Horrible. I was actually going to do 65# but knew I couldn't handle that.

Didn't think I could do 195# today and I was right. Again, mistake doing this after MetCon. 175# went up with good form but felt so heavy. I swear, I am like 2 steps forward, 2 steps back with my lifting!

I've heard about Karen but never met her after 3 years of CrossFit. I never want to see her again LOL. So gassed after this one! I think my time was not too shabby considering my overall lack of CrossFit conditioning. I can do better though.
I made the mistake of doing 30 right off the bat, followed by 15. After that, I could only eek out sets of 10. Would not follow that strategy again. Maybe sets of 20 would work better.
All the squatting and throwing from Karen made my shoulder presses nightmarish.
