I imagine the sluggishness had to do with lack of sleep. Nice to be able to run in Central Park. That is on my 'to-do' list. :)

Central Park has to be one of my more favorite places to be a runner. It is always so amazing to see so many runners and cyclists out every morning. As for the lack of restful sleep and the associated dry air in the flight, it doesn't ever leave you with a very good feeling except for when you land and can adjust back to normal. It was nice to be able to land early and get a run in before the start of the day to get me onto a more normal schedule.
