Those hills got to me out there. Nice scenery, but I wish the weather had been cooler and humidity lower!

goodtrainer ride 23.21 mi 01:00 23.2mph pace
Now that I have a trainer, I can ride anytime! Can't sleep? Why not train!?

Good job, Kevin! How are you liking the trainer? I have real issues with making myself use mine, except in the dead of winter when I'm with others at a trainer ride... can never make myself do it at home!

I like the trainer, but I know what you mean. Not nearly as much fun as being outside on the road! I am only doing it to get in the miles when I have time. It is a more efficient way for me to get them in. I can ride in the middle of the night in my garage for example! That way I don't have to worry about the dumb drivers out there!

Very true! I can see where it would be a good alternative if you don't have a lot of outside riding time.

I was able to beat the heat this morning. Sunrise at mile 1 was breathtaking and powerful. Happy Saturday everyone!

That humidity is brutal...no need for a water bottle you can keep hydrated by breathing the air
13 days agoFunny, you would think so, but I sweat so much I have to drink more than usual!
