    Just did a early morning walk and some upper body lifting at the campus. It was a great morning to just head into things slow now that I don’t have to take the kid to school.

    I thought I would run a couple miles after spin class and half was out I got caught in a down poor. It felt like back when I was a kid running in Oregon. It was quite fun actually.

      Sara, it was my second and it was a much better finish then my first. Funny story though, I felt so good on the hm stretch that I took off and consequently pulled a muscle in my arm, that is right not leg but arm. I then when to the med tent and they thought I had a heart attack and laid me down and did a EKG. My wife had no idea why it was taking so long. It was all good and yes I do like the shot.You will do great and I will be looking for your pic.
