4.1 miles-23:57.....oddly enough I ran this workout last Tuesday in exactly the same time. To be clear I am taking a 90 second break between sets to stretch and recover. I wish I was doing 5:50 splits. But I did do this workout before I got sick and I am just now back on the upswing from that headcold.
