To run a 17:40 5k. I had knee surgery for the second time and haven't raced since 1997. 17:40 is a goal only because I turned 40! Any sub 18 will be nice!

I hear ya about baby steps. Sometimes pushing too hard does us no good at all. I learned my lesson. I'm in the baby steps category with you too! Good job.

Great time and pace despite the conditions! GPS devices are always a little longer unless you run the tangents very closely! For 5K's mine is always at 3.15 or 3.2.
