  1. RUN
    4 mi

Ran 4 miles interspersed with 50 push ups, 50 dips, 50 lunges, 50 squats. Could've lost 50 lbs sweating in this heat, but didn't.

  2. RUN
    5 mi

Between starting out too late, the wine I drank last night and a serious lack of good music, I had a yuck run. More like a mostly-run-kind-of-walk-a-little-drag-my-ass. Ugh. But it's over now.

  3. RUN
    good 9.5 mi 01:39 10:25 pace

Kept on pace according to my 2:00 half plan. Must've run faster though because I did take a handful of 1 minute walking breaks to grab water.

  4. RUN
    12 mi

Again, this is for the week. 10 miles tomorrow. Sorry for sucking so badly by keeping up. However, please note the excellent use of grammar.

  5. RUN
alright Treadmill between clients 5 mi 00:52 10:26 pace

Ran faster than I wanted to yesterday so this run wasn't as productive as I wanted. Am using the plan in Runner's World (I think) of breaking 2:00 for the half. So far, I'm keeping... read more

  6. RUN
    24 mi

Sorry - this is for the week so far. I don't know why I've been so awful updating. There was about 25 miles last week too - I'm on it. Or I'll be on it next week.

Great, Kerrie Ann! We all get busy now and then - nice to know you're still at it!

  7. RUN
    good 5 mi

This was Monday. Can't remember. Can't remember what I ate for breakfast this morning much less what I did on Monday.

  8. RUN
    good 9 mi

Good - averaged 10mm. I'll take it. Starting back up training for the half-marathon season. Sexy compression socks on tonight to bed. Me-ow.

Lol. Slept with my compression socks too. They weren't sexy on me but waking up without soreness after a race = super worth it!

Good job on the 9 mile! Me three on the compression sleeves...thats too funny. My wife keeps asking me why I have this thing around my leg after all my runs.

  9. RUN
    good 4 mi

    Easy run after Pilates.

  10. RUN
    good 5 mi

    2 mile warm up, 3 miles at 9:40, 9:24 and 9:14 thereafter.

  11. RUN
    good The Trace 7 mi

Slow but funny run with Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me in my ear again. Can't run fast to it, but that worked out nicely considering the heat and humidity.

  12. RUN
    Easy elliptical 4 mi

Took it easy Friday - had a photo shoot for the mat manual and app that's coming out soon on Saturday. Needed to be fresh.

  13. RUN
    alright Elliptical 5 mi 00:57 11:24 pace

Played with hill on the elliptical. You (I) go a lot slower on that thing...

  14. RUN
    alright 4 mi

Still hot. Don't bother to comment. Tomorrow will be hot as well.

  15. RUN
    good 5.5 mi 00:56 10:11 pace

Hot as hell, even inside onthe treadmill. Couldn't even think of going outside. Well, I could think of it, I just didn't do it because I like have my life.

  16. RUN
all combined because I'm lazy 22 mi

For this week - I just don't have time to regularly update until kids go back to school. Have patience with me please. :)

Thanks, guys. I did manage to get in Pilates, strength and kickboxing. A few more weeks and not only will they all be in school, but they'll all be in the SAME school. No more double drop offs and pick ups. Can I get an Amen?

      Nice Job:

I don't know if I would call running 22 miles in a week "lazy". Way to go.

  17. RUN
    alright 5 mi 00:55 11:00 pace

Alright run on the elliptical. Played with inclines and resistance so it took longer than normal. Meh.

  18. FIT
    good Wunda Chair/Arc Pilates 01:00

Pilates with my clients who need me to do it with them for motivation. Knees didn't love Mountain Climber but small sacrifice to get others fit. :)

  19. RUN
    good 6.5 mi 01:05 10:00 pace

Had to break it up again - 3.5 miles then a client then another 3 miles - so I never got my mojo up to get under 9mm. Still and all, I'll take it.

  20. RUN
    6 mi 00:58 09:43 pace

6 miles done before the wet blanket of humidity sets in. Lots of filthy music and dancing with my hands to accompany it. Happy Friday!
