    Ran 4 miles interspersed with 50 push ups, 50 dips, 50 lunges, 50 squats. Could've lost 50 lbs sweating in this heat, but didn't.

    Between starting out too late, the wine I drank last night and a serious lack of good music, I had a yuck run. More like a mostly-run-kind-of-walk-a-little-drag-my-ass. Ugh. But it's over now.

    Kept on pace according to my 2:00 half plan. Must've run faster though because I did take a handful of 1 minute walking breaks to grab water.

      Lol. Slept with my compression socks too. They weren't sexy on me but waking up without soreness after a race = super worth it!

      Good job on the 9 mile! Me three on the compression sleeves...thats too funny. My wife keeps asking me why I have this thing around my leg after all my runs.

    Slow but funny run with Wait, Wait Don't Tell Me in my ear again. Can't run fast to it, but that worked out nicely considering the heat and humidity.

    Took it easy Friday - had a photo shoot for the mat manual and app that's coming out soon on Saturday. Needed to be fresh.

      Thanks, guys. I did manage to get in Pilates, strength and kickboxing. A few more weeks and not only will they all be in school, but they'll all be in the SAME school. No more double drop offs and pick ups. Can I get an Amen?

    Alright run on the elliptical. Played with inclines and resistance so it took longer than normal. Meh.

    Pilates with my clients who need me to do it with them for motivation. Knees didn't love Mountain Climber but small sacrifice to get others fit. :)

    Had to break it up again - 3.5 miles then a client then another 3 miles - so I never got my mojo up to get under 9mm. Still and all, I'll take it.
