I tried this workout two days in a row to see if it would minimize soreness. So far, so good!
Alternating 10 squats to a walking lunge, then 9 push-ups, walking lunge back to 8 squats, walking lunge, 7 push-ups, walking lunge, 8 squats, and on and on until I hit zero. I added sets of jumping jacks in between and during each circuit and felt really good. And sweaty. Good and sweaty.
