Been awhile since I was on dailymile. I like the addition of fireworks! First ride on the new stationary upright bike (Schwinn 130).
I thought I was terribly out of shape (though I am) and then I realized that it's set up in miles not kilometres! Felt a bit better after that. I'd started a 5 mi ride thinking it was a quick 5K, and only quit at 4. Lungs were not great but what do I expect for my first actual cardio workout in a long time! :)
