Samantha and I went to the track at school this morning. It was actually pretty awesome. I am by no stretch of the imagination a runner, but that said, walking can get boring! I did some sprints, and, RAN AN ENTIRE LAP. This is actually a big deal, and only coughed a little bit at the end :]. I took a walking break for a bit longer, and then ran another lap. I am so, so jazzed. :]
This is probably my BEST EVER 5K time. I am sure the indoor environment helped, too. HOORAY!!!
