    it's gonna take a few weeks to get back into double jogger shape! but what a gorgeous morning! extra work against the wind, and had to walk it up the steep hill.

    gentle start with the hip... but after 3 miles I got into my groove and enjoyed the rest, despite the rain on the last 3. content with an outside run :)
