    The 12 miles began with a 3 mile warm up, followed by 6 intervals of .75 miles each as fast as I could go, then a final 3 mile cool down. There was some easy riding in between the intervals too.

    Did 10 regular push-ups. Did 75 hanging-knee-raises (sets of 30/25/20), then used high weights for fly, rows, dips, and bicep curls.
