I hit up the track for the first time since.....middle school? I hadn't ever done speedwork this way before, but it was MUCH easier to pace myself on the track than just running down the trail and watching the Garmin. I had a ton of fun and hit 9:20/mile pace for each of my 200 repeats.....much faster than I thought I could do!
