good First workout of half marathon training! 1.5 mi 00:21 13:53 pace

I haven't officially signed up for a half yet, but am planning on doing one in Newburyport on 10/23.....so this is the first training run! I kept it short, as I have been doing all spring, but worked on speed a bit. Felt good for the first good workout in a long time!
