Have not been running for about a week or so. HR was high. Legs felt like they need some oil. Tak'n it easy while I can until next week, start of 16 week half marathon deal.

Entering 16 week half marathon training next week, and I found out last weekend that I will be a daddy! yay!! (5 weeks into it)
