      Hula hoop and skipping. Minimal equipment but more fun than all that passive floor stuff.

      I'm a woman over 50 so I can't skip. And carrying a hula hoop in my suitcase might be a bit of a challenge. But my physio and doctor says I need to do some weight bearing exercise to support my back and neck and these are some of the things they suggested. :)
