      Are you using a C25K app? I had good experience with one years ago but wondered if there are new versions.

      Yeah, it's a free app - I really liked it and found it useful except I could never get it to play the next song in a playlist without touching the next button so I stuck to radio and podcasts. It's by Zenlabs Fitness. Free but you can pay for more options (music etc)

      Not the young lab puppy we had for two weeks. He's gone to his permanent raisers now. *sad face* This was the 80 lb golden retriever names Wrigley that we look after 3 days a week. :)
