      Hula hoop and skipping. Minimal equipment but more fun than all that passive floor stuff.

      I'm a woman over 50 so I can't skip. And carrying a hula hoop in my suitcase might be a bit of a challenge. But my physio and doctor says I need to do some weight bearing exercise to support my back and neck and these are some of the things they suggested. :)

    Forced myself out but my legs were tired. For no apparent reason. Took lots of walk breaks and kept it to 30 minutes.
