      you don't suck! way to start it up again! and I agree on the humidity, if I don't get out before 7 am... my run is pretty much guaranteed to be NOT fun or fast :)

      Nice swimming workout, Kelly! We all have to resist the urge to "fizzle" after a big event, especially when our bodies need rest. Swimming is a great alternative to running!

      Thanks - to me it's not about the time (luckily ha!!) it's about finishing. I have 3 wonderful girls and an awesome hubby - but this is a "me thing". It's nice to have a little "awesomeness" to call my own!! :)

      I have a pair of Saucony Hurricanes and I love them. They are such a comfortable shoe. But I've never tried the Shadow 6000. Have you been able to try them on?
