  10. going to test my Vibram's today on the treadmill. Curious to see how they feel to run in. Anyone else use them to run?

      I run in them very little, mostly on the treadmill, in the grass or on the beach when I have the opportunity. Be careful I wouldn't do more than a mile on your first try.

      That's what I did today - just a mile on the treadmill. Felt ok - definitely could feel the difference in the legs, probably based on how I was running. It was different. Though I am not sure I's switch over just yet. Thanks!

    Just squeaked this one in under 40 minutes, which is pretty much my treadmill goal. I didn't really even push too hard on this run which feels nice. Next run will try to get under 38-39.

    This class is much better than week 1. OMG - I couldn't even walk off the curb!! LOL Need to work on my form more but other than that nice class.
