alright Rock Island Meet 5 mi

My first race of the season, it hurt but I'm still getting back into the rhythem of cross country. I can't want to race at Clinton! Its my favorite race. My calves cramped really bad at the end of the race, and I was feeling really on and off during the race. It was nice to race on though since it was a golf course and really soft ground
