      You did great on what your foot allowed you to do. Did you purchase the new Hokas to help with the foot issue?

      I've looked at getting them in the past. The foot issue gave me the extra push I needed in order to spend the money.

    I wasn't able to do my Thursday workout because I was at Star Trek, so I did it today. By the way, the movie was awesome!

    Decided to do my planned Wednesday run on the treadmill. Foot is feeling funky but not painful as long as I keep my calves stretched. Run went very well.

      The appointment was scheduled for later today, but I had so much improvement, I cancelled. I don't think the doctor can tell me anything I don't already know and I'm not willing to pay for an MRI at this time.

    My foot still hurts, so I replaced my run with an elliptical workout. I'm pretty sure it's not a stress fracture, but still playing it safe.

      Not enough specific info to determine, but in general, just ice, Aleve and wait until next day to observe further.

      Yeah, I was pretty vague. It's a hard area to describe. It's feeling better today, so I'm pretty sure it's just irritation. Ice and Aleve it is.
