      i took this week off from running to give it some rest and i can attest to this restlessness! i'll be back running tomorrow but damn do i feel antzy

      Over a month ago I had bent over to stretch my right leg (like I do ever morning with both), kind of like with the other leg bent and I lean down...felt like a pop and ever since I can't stretch that leg. I can bike fine, running starts off slow but I have to baby it.. Thinking I should have it looked at and rest no before I get screwed befor NY

      definitely! i would also suggest looking into some PT exercises to stretch it out and getting a foam roller if ya can - it'll help loosen it up.
