great Shoulders + Run/Hills 01:00

Awesomeness. Did a shoulder workout then a mile on the treadmill. Was trying out the Reebok Zigs, because they told us yesterday that they were for running. I cannot lie, I did not believe they would work for running. But once I was running I was totally pleasantly surprised. They were great for my training but then felt very cushioned/soft/supportive (does that make sense) for running. Color me pleasantly surprised!
