Clearly I need to get my full set of outdoor Cold Weather running gear. I thought with it being 40 degrees I'd be ok but sadly I was, um, cold and then some. OY. We'll fix this. I did a run/walk/run thing- just getting my running groove back...so taking it slow to work my way back up! Burned 325 Calories.
