good Skyline to Sea Trail 50 km

First time doing the Skyline to Sea Trail. Had a lot of fun until I hit my knee on a giant redwood stump. Not sure how that happened, but immediately fell to the ground and didn't think I was gonna get up. Was able to walk away, and eventually start jogging. Right now, it's a little bruised and sore, but I think I may be ok. Close call :/

Finished a little too fast for Kathy to pick me up. Had to wait around for a while and bummed a Vitamin Water and PB&J from a friendly surfer.
