    Awesome! Of course, I am a plyometrics lover so that helps. Almost harder to keep my husband motivated not to stop than the actual workout.

    5 degrees, negative with windchill, is not going to stop up from kicking some Hyde Park CC butt (which we did thankfully)! Surprisingly felt great in the sun with the right amt of layers on.

    53 and sunny in January was the only motivation needed to get out. Somewhat easy run, feeling my mojo coming back. Kicked it in last .34 at a 8 min mile (fast for me)!
