  1. RUN
    alright 2 mi 00:20 10:00 pace

Feel running is easier when you dont run for a long time and try to get back into it. I ran Monday, Tuesday and now today and I hated it! ha Plus it was incredibly hott at 11:30 in the afternoon!

  2. RUN
good lexington run 3.02 mi 00:32 10:36 pace

Haven't run in a while but I really enjoyed tonight!

  3. RUN
    good 11 mi 00:40 03:38 pace

This was on the bike, and I loved it! I'd ride a bike all day if it meant I didn't have to run. And I got to read the whole time! Anything that makes me feel double productive...yes pl... read more

  4. RUN
    blah 1.5 mi 00:13:00 08:39 pace

I have absolutely no desire to make myself run more than 1.5 miles right now. Todays run was quite miserable, woke up and went out 15 minutes later, thought I'd like it, not so much. We'... read more

  5. RUN
    good 1.5 mi 00:13:00 08:39 pace

Much better than yesterday, still not easy...around 1 mile-calves, thighs, and feet were on FIRE!

  6. RUN
    alright 1.5 mi 00:15:00 10:00 pace

Been quite a while, definitely could tell...

  7. RUN
    good 7 mi 01:10 10:00 pace

I really really enjoyed this run! It was a little difficult on the uphill part but very good route.

  8. RUN
    alright 4 mi

Ran this one with Amy and Erin, must not have been in a running mood because it was a struggle and it was only 4 miles.

  9. RUN
    good 3.23 mi 00:39 12:04 pace

Good run, pretty sure I dont know how to breath out of my nose. Kept my head up today as opposed to the usual looking down at where Im running though, so that felt good!

Luckily you're not swimming. Then you would really have some issues. On a serious note, I only half breath in through my nose, out is strictly mouth.

  10. RUN
    tired 4 mi 00:43 10:42 pace

This was not a good one. ha. I had to run on the treadmill again because it was late and dark-and it was horrible! I started thinking that my legs weren't going to make 1.4 miles...... read more

  11. RUN
    good 3 mi 00:28 09:16 pace

  13. RUN
    alright 3.6 mi 00:40 11:06 pace

Hopefully one day instead of saying I felt "alright" i can say "good." Today was a morning run and Im pretty sure my feet have never been so slow!!

  14. RUN
    alright 4.6 mi 00:55 11:57 pace

So I totally thought today was the 4 mile day....oops. It totally sucked at first-way too many hills in my subdivision, didnt think I was going to make it all 4. But I finally did...55 minutes lat... read more

Haha dang Kelley I'm proud! And on top of that error, we find out that this week isn't even officially training week! I'd say you are way ahead of the curve.

well, I only did the extra .6 so I could get home. lol...otherwise I would have ended up .6 miles away from my house, I felt like a wuss if I'd walked it. Good luck with that 4 on Saturday, it is a killer! ha But thanks. How encouraging you are! haha. Great job to you also today missy, you pushed right through the desire to be somewhere other than running! I share those feelings as well...every time I run actually. lol oh well.

Haha oh goodness, now I admire you even more. When I run three miles it leaves me .2 miles away from my house..and I walk it haha. I tried telling myself that it was a good cool-down, but now that I know you run over half a mile just to get home I feel like a sissy.
