I was so looking forward to this run because I love the North Down Coastal Pathway, but I believe the rolling hills and the muddy trails, in portions of this run, killed me. The 1st 4 1/2 miles went great, but once I hit the trail-like portion, which was extremely muddy, I began to putter out. The 2 long flights of stairs didn't help either....oh, and a bird crapped on me...LOL! Took some great pics though and I will post a few. It is a beautiful place!! :) Really need more work on hills....not used to them AT ALL!!!
